Amazing, bright and spacious 1-bedroom flat suitable for 4 people, overlooking the sea with amazing view, near the cliffs of Kavarna. It is located in the Apartcomplex "Magnolia",, just few meters away from the beach! The place is brand new, fully-furnished with all the essential amenities. Guests say that they had everything they needed and it "felt like home".

In a very relaxing and safe complex, surrounded by green nature, with amazing terrace and view – Bulgaria’s sea coast! The space consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony!

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
