Relax with the whole family at this peaceful summer house at the beautiful Tarfa area, Lozenets. Enjoy the tranquility in our private two-leveled villa with garden, BBQ and parking. All spaces are carefully decorated and offer all necessary amenities. WiFi connection is covering the entire property.

At your disposal is the whole house. The layout consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a common area (living room and kitchen combined), a big terrace surrounding the house and a nice garden.
On the ground floor is located the common area and one of the bathrooms. The living rooms is furnished with:
• dining area;
• sitting area;
• TV with cable channels;
• AC;
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• washing machine;
• dishwasher;
• coffee machine;
• toasted and microwave;
• various kitchen utensils.
The bedrooms and the second bathroom are located on the second floor.
Three of the bedrooms are furnished with:
• comfortable queen-sized beds;
• wardrobes and nightstands;
• ACs;
All of them have access to the terrace.
The fourth bedroom is furnished with a bunk-bed and wardrobe.
Outside, in the garden, you will be able to enjoy variety of sitting area and a BBQ facility.

You don’t need a car to reach 2 beaches, couple of restaurants and the center of the village Lozenets. Everything is from 5 to 20 minutes walk in the beautiful Tarfa area.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE HOUSE IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

We really enjoyed the location. Pro: Suitable for 2-3 couples with kids; nice garden; barbecue; fair internet connection if want to work for couple of days; garage for car; walking distance from shop/market; Cons: the street don't have a name so it took a while to find it.
