The apartment’s layout consists of a spacious living room and an open planed kitchen, cozy bedroom and a full bathroom.

• coffee machine, kettle and toaster;

There is a gym next to the apartment. 500 meters away is the sea garden, 700 meters to one of the most beautiful beaches in Varna. Large grocery stores nearby.
Quiet and peaceful neighborhood with quick access to any part of the city, thanks to the proximity to the main boulevards of the city. It is located near the blue zone of the city, but does not fall into it. There is enough free parking space in the area. Disadvantage with poor infrastructure in a short range around the building

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Everything was great, the flat is located in a nice and peaceful area, I had no issues with noise, etc. Everything looked like the photos. The only con for me were the stairs at the entrance, but that was an issue as I was with my baby and I had to carry the baby pram in and out. I highly recommend the place 🙂

It is very suitable place for a couple, we were working in 2 of the days of our stay and it was quite comfortable. The lovely street cats in the area are a big plus for me as well 🙂
