Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

I had a great stay here. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to parks and a shopping mall, and it’s easy to get to the main attractions of the city. Check-in was simple and straightforward. The apartment itself is quite spacious and located on the ground floor with a private entrance, which was very convenient. The only thing to note is that there are just two windows on opposite sides of the apartment, so I often felt the need to turn on the lights during the day. Other than that, everything was great — thank you for a pleasant stay!
