• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Appartamento WOW con qualche pecca nella pulizia. L'appartamento è molto ampio, luminoso, in una posizione eccezionale nel centro di Sofia (a pochi passi da Piazza Indipendenza e con supermercato vicino) con servizi al top (accesso con tag, letti e cuscini molto comodi, camere molto ampie, ottimamente isolato acusticamente, macchinetta del caffè, giradischi, massaggio shatzu, tavolo scacchi, luci regolabili in tutte le stanze com alcune regolabili da telecomando, televisore da oltre 60 pollici, due bagni con cabina doccia di cui uno a servizio esclusivo di una camera, accappatoi, kit per barba, kit per denti, shampoo, balsamo, ferro da stiro, capsule caffè, thè, pasta, riso, ecc). Purtroppo la pulizia non era altrettanto impeccabile (una delle sedie in camera era sporca di briciole e capelli, non tutte le superfici perfettamente spolverare, capelli in uno dei bagni). Inoltre abbiamo trovato proprio all'ingresso il secchio e lo straccio per le pulizia.
