The apartment is on William Gladstone Street – a street that crosses Vitosha Street (the main pedestrian street in Sofia).
Everything is near you: cozy cafes, restaurants and bars. Nice little bakeries and fresh market shops. The high-end restaurants and all the big and little shops on and around Vitosha Street.
On Vitosha Street you could also enjoy the talented street performers or have a dring in the park in front of the National Theather.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Kamen and Alex were lifesavers for us, thanks to their great communication and quick responses we went from zero to booked in less than 30 minutes, while visiting Sofia! The flat was very easy to find thanks to the clear instructions and was clean, cozy and had everything we needed to spend a wonderful weekend. Its location is simply perfect: just minutes away from the city centre and most of Sofia's visiting sites. Alex was very kind and thoughtful throughout all our stay, and it was a pleasure to have him as a host. Highly recommended when visiting Sofia!
