The apartments are located in walking distance to every place worth visiting - Kapana District with all it's nice restaurants and bars, The National history museum of Plovdiv, Nebet hill and others. Both are fully equipped and suitable even for longer stays.
Strong Wi-Fi connection is covering the entire property.
The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager Sanitary Standards.

The 2 apartments are ideal for a group of friends or a big family who doesn’t seek just for a place to sleep but want to enjoy their stay at a nicely designed and decorated space.
Both consist of spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Not to forget the two balconies where you can have your morning coffee or a nice meal.
Each living room features:
• extendable sofa – sleeps 1;
• TV with cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• dining area;
• access to the balcony.
Each kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:
• oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• fridge;
• cutlery;
• dining counter and chairs for 2.
The bedrooms boasts a:
• comfortable queen-size bed;
• wardrobe;
• TV with cable;
• air conditioner;
• access to a balcony.
On both of the balconies there are chairs to sit on.
The stylish bathrooms features a shower, bathroom cabinet with a sink and a toilet and a washing machine.

• There is one parking spot available. NOTE that the garage door is tight and a big car can NOT enter.
• Parking on the street is allowed but paid.
• Apartments located on the 2nd and 4th floor – with elevator.
• The apartments are supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.
• Baby crib is available upon request.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartments like you found them – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
