The location is in Sofia's most lively & beautiful space - in the old part of the center - paved pedestrian streets, area of ancient monuments, Women's market Zhenski Pazar (1 min. walk), 5 min. walk from a mineral spring, museums, sightseeing, and the main street- Vitoshka, full of shops, restaurants, and entertainment. A real gem to stay and explore Sofia and Bulgaria.
The space consists of a carefully-designed living room, fully-equiped kitchen, 2cozy bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and an additional small toilet space.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?

Jó helyen van az apartman, könnyű odatalálni. Pár perc sétára kiváló kávézót, éttermeket találsz, a látnivalók is a közelben vannak. Az apartman szép, kényelmes, igazi csajos hangulatú. Jól éreztük magunkat itt.

Great host! Recommendation! Clean, bright, with lot of space… good communication with host. Neighborhood can be little noisy/ dirty during the day, but in the evening everything becomes quiet. Location is good, walking distance to city centar and main sites to visit.
