The place is in the cultural heart of the city. In a few minutes you can reach Rakovski Street – the Bulgarian Broadway. Vitosha Blvd, the city’s main street is just a 7mn walk away. This is an old part of the city with mostly paved roads and old brick buildings with interesting architecture.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The apartment is a good size for one person with a small kitchen which has a kettle and microwave but no stove/hot plate and no washing machine. But I stayed for 4 nights and could work around this. It’s on the top floor so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. But it’s comfortable and quiet, and the location is perfect for central Sophia and metro lines
