Our apartment is situated very close (1 min by foot) to NDK and Vitosha Blvd. Vitosha Blvd is the main pedestrian shopping street, also boasting an array of bars and restaurants. The studio is in Sofia Top Center where you can reach all important local sights such as the ancient “Serdika” Complex, St. Nedelya Church, The Presidency, The Council of Ministry, The Opera, Ivan Vazov National Theater, The Parliament, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Russian Church.
Our apartment is situated in the top center of Sofia on a quiet little street on the ground floor of a building from the 1960s.
The property comprises of one spacious room, a separate kitchenette, and a bathroom. The room is decorated in a contemporary style with a touch of elegance and an eye for both comfort and detail. There is a large corner window overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard.
The studio has been completely renovated in Sep 2019 and all furniture and bedding are brand new.
You, your family and your friends could all spend quality time visiting exciting art galleries and museums, charming restaurants and bistros, and plenty of hip bars with great atmosphere. You can also experience the vibrant local nightlife.
You can find a three-seater sofa bed, a comfortable double bed and a dining table for four, all set within the room in an unobtrusive way. The rest of the furniture is sparse but functional. All this allows for a feeling of air and space within a single large room.
– The kitchenette is separate from the living space and contains everything necessary for cooking and making beverages. It is also new.
– The bathroom has a shower and a toilet, both new. The water pressure is excellent and there is unlimited supply of hot water at all hours.

All major state institutions and banks could be reached within minutes by foot. Should you need to go to a more distant location you could easily access all parts of the city by metro/underground/subway. The nearest station is NDK, located a minute away. There are electric buses outside the building too. Sofia Airport, the Central Railway Station and Sofia Coach Station are all located on the M2 metro line as well.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

Идеально чистая квартира, внутри очень приятно пахло и она оказалась больше, чем я думала. Белоснежная наглаженная постель и полотенца, красивый интерьер. Здесь продумано все для мелочей и с любовью. Невероятно красивые апартаменты! Я в восторге! Каждая деталь здесь будет вас радовать. Для меня важна обстановка, поэтому здесь огромный плюс. Квартира расположена в центре, вокруг много кафе, магазинов, НДК, любой транспорт-все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Но при этом в квартире очень тихо. Не было слышно вообще никаких звуков ни днём, ни ночью. Одно удовольствие было там находиться. Есть все необходимое для жизни, приятно удивило наличие гладильной доски и сушки для вещей. Однозначно рекомендую! Хозяйка всегда на связи, отвечает быстро. Мы обязательно здесь остановимся в следующий свой приезд в Софию.
