You're welcome to visit my elegant studio, situated in a very communicative area, nearby Sofia's biggest park and with quick access to the city center. The place is 2 minutes walk from a bus stop with direct connection to Sofia Airport, Central train and bus stations.
The studio is located in direct vicinity of three of the largest concert and
sports halls in Sofia - Arena Armeec, Universiada Hall and Festivalna Hall.

Access by car is easy. You can park on the street in front of the building for free.
There is a direct public transport connection to the airport and train station. The bus stop is just 2 minutes away.

Just around the corner, there’s a bakery where you can get your morning coffee and breakfast. The public transport options around the studio provide quick and easy access to all major locations in the city. In the evening, you can choose one of the nearby restaurants.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
