Enjoy uninterrupted work or leisure with excellent Wi-Fi connectivity. The Tom Thumb studio is entirely private and comes with an ensuite bathroom. Experience comfort and style in this thoughtfully crafted haven for your adventure.

The layout of the room-studio includes a common area that combines the bedroom and kitchen, along with a private bathroom. The location of the property is secure and exceptionally tranquil.

The common area provides:
• comfortable single bed (extends for 2 people)
• TV with cable channels
• small work table and chair
• window curtains
• mirror

The kitchen is equipped with:
• mini-fridge & and stoves
• kettle & coffee machine (Dolce Gusto with capsules)

• hair dryer

Laundry’s room:
* It’s in a separate location in the building’s basement, and access to it is shared with our other studio.

• Parking on the streets in the area is paid (Blue Zone).
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located on ground floor, NO elevator.
• Baby crib is available upon request, with an extra charge of 20€ / stay
• However, we don’t recommend it since the room space is limited.
• The laundry room is located in the basement of the building & shared with our other apartment on the same floor.
• Only small pets are allowed; no more than one pet/ stay.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.

• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.

• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! ?
