Welcome to our large 2-bedroom apartment, right next to the center of Sofia. This place has a cool mix of old and new vibes, like stepping into the past with all the modern comforts. You can easily check out the cool stuff around the city while having this awesome home base that's both classic and handy. It's a bit like time-traveling with all the space and unique feel of this big apartment.
This spacious two bedroom apartment will provide you with comfort and peace during your stay. The layout consists of: corridor, living room and sitting area combined with fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and office room with massage chair.

• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;

Bedroom One is spacious and bright. It consists of:
• one queen size bed;
• big wardrobe ;

• two single beds that can be made into one;
• big wardrobe;
• one full bathroom with sink, toilet and shower;

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
