The space layout consists of a corridor, 1 common room with a bedroom area & an open-plan kitchen and 1 bathroom.
Entering the apartment, in the corridor you will find a shoe rack & a large wardrobe.

• a bedroom area-one comfortable double bed with soft pillows & night lamps;
• dedicated workspace-a desk with a chair;
• flat-screen TV;
• cupboard;
• portable fan.
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully-equipped with:
• oven & stove;
• mini fridge;
• coffee machine & kettle;
• microwave;
• kitchenware;
• washing machine.
The bathroom is very clean and provides a shower, toilet and sink with a mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
