At a walking distance from the emblematic Lion’s Bridge, the Central Railway Station and in general – one of the brightest and bubblies areas in Sofia.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

This apartment was very spacious & in a good location just minutes from Lion’s Bridge. The king bed was very comfortable & the kitchen & bathroom in good condition. The apartment was located on the 4th floor with a lift & was very quiet. There were small markets nearby & bigger ones near Lion’s Bridge. There were a few things missing such as extra toilet paper, garbage bags & shampoo but this may have been an oversight. The hosts were very responsive & allowed us an early check in which we appreciated greatly. We had an enjoyable stay
