The bedroom is bright with:

For those of you traveling by car, please note that parking in the area is restricted – parking on the streets is allowed but paid.

You are located in an area very close to the city center, with convenient transport to all top locations. A newly renovated park is available very close by along with one of the biggest shopping malls in Sofia – Mall of Sofia. along with all the shops, restaurants and coffee shops there, there is a cinema as well.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

I absolutely loved and enjoyed this place! In fact, I loved it so much that I booked it a second time. The apartment exudes a warm, cozy feeling with its wooden floors and soft pastel-colored curtains. Located on the third floor of a new building, everything feels fresh and clean. I really liked the area as well. The street is very quiet, and from the window there's a green view of trees. The apartment also overlooks a water canal, and the soothing sound of lapping water creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. If you sleep with white noise at night, you won't need it here cause the sounds of the water will do the trick:) There was nothing I didn't like about the apartment. Everything was excellent, and I definitely recommend it.

Very cosy and modern apartment in a new building. It had all necessary amenities that functioned perfectly, it was also very quiet yet close enough to the city center and mall is just 6 min by walk. Big plus is spacious walk in shower with sliding doors that is not so easy to find in Sofia.
