This place is a recently renovated apartment located between Vitosha Blvd and the Russian Monument. Less than a 10min walk from the starting point of the city tours! The main room is divided in two by special curtains. There's also a fully-equipped kitchen and a terrace/relaxation area with a view.
Strong Wi-Fi connection is covering the entire property.
The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager Sanitary Standards.

The space consists of a common room, where the sitting area and the open-plan kitchen are separated from the sleeping area with thick curtains, a bathroom and a balcony!
The living room features:
• super comfortable couch with two armchairs;
• coffee table;
• air conditioner;
• unique desk made from an old sewing machine Singer;
• TV with cable.
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• microwave and toaster;
• washing machine;
• kitchenware.
The sleeping area consists of:
• queen-size bed;
• wardrobe.
The balcony is closed with windows to isolate the street noise; however, you still get a pretty nice view of the rooftops downtown. That’s the perfect spot for morning coffee! There’s a comfy puff, chairs and a portable table.
The bathroom is quite small, but has everything needed – shower, sink with a mirror and a toilet.

The neighbourhood is pretty great! Walking distance from all major sights, supermarket right downstairs, green and safe! We’ll give you plenty of recommendations upon booking!
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
