The Cliff Obzor Bay Holiday Apartments are set high on the cliffs above Obzor Beach, offering panoramic views of the Black Sea. Surrounded by lush, untouched nature, the complex is located close to the beautiful Irakli (Heracles) Beach.The complex blends simplicity with a natural, earthy aesthetic, creating the perfect setting for ultimate relaxation and quality time with friends and family.
The properties come in various sizes and can accommodate different group needs. Most offer views of the sea or the surrounding greenery. Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, comfortable furnishings, and ample storage space. Guests can also enjoy the complex’s seasonal outdoor pool.
You will have access to the whole apartment.

The complex offers spa facilities, breakfast, and other services, which can be requested at the reception and paid for separately.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
