About the space
A small gem for the passionate travellers and for people who believe that life's pleasures hide in the simple things! Right next to The Central Bus and Railway Stations of Sofia. Connected to all other parts of the city via metro and all other sorts of public transportation.
There are two WiFi connections that are available for you, depending on the capability of your device. A normal 100 Mbps and a super fast 300 Mbps Internet are covering the entire property.

My place is small at first look, but big enough to have all the essentials.
Entering, you’ll find shoe storage on your left and on your right – the soul of every house – the fridge! Just kidding, but make sure to load it with the right “fuel” for your endless city adventures. You can buy fresh fruits, vegetables and many more from BILLA supermarket (5 minutes walk from my place) which is open 7:30 AM – 11 PM on weekdays and 8:30 AM – 9:30 PM on weekends.
In the left corner is formed a mixture between dining and lounge area. Even if you don’t plan using it, try the grey chair at least once – it’s super comfy! The sleeping area consists of double bed and a great view of Brooklyn Bridge – your next or dream destination, maybe? Mine, at least! =)
Bathroom and WC are combined. No need to mention that you’ll be provided with clean towels and sheets.
Fast Wi-Fi and Cable TV are gonna be your best friends in your lazy or maybe working hours. An A/C to cool you down in the hot months and a heater to warm you up in the cold ones.
And don’t forget to enjoy the beautiful sky view from the window – splendid both in a sunny day and in a starry, starry night! =)

Banishora quarter is located north-west to the centre of the Sofia. It is the district closest to the Central Railway and Bus Stations. Among my street and the ones around it, you’ll see a lot of brick apartment buildings which were erected after the 90s. At the end of it, you’ll find a small city park, called “Jardin d’Algeo”. A few minutes walk you’ll find “Opalchenska” street on which you’ll find an ATM (CIBank), a Post Office (street number 112A), a 24-hour cigarettes and liquor store (street number 108) and cheese & wine shop (102B, bulgarian cheese and wine are a must!!!).
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Все прошло отлично. Цена соответствует качеству. Много не ждал, цена и место были решающим фактором. До центра пешком 15 минут, до автостанции 5 минут. Хозяин был на связи.

Overall, I had a great experience. For the price, this place is a real bargain, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s a great little hideaway, especially for solo travelers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for others.
