The space consists of a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room is very bright and features:

• flat-screen TV;
• dining area with dinner table;
• air conditioner on the wall with AC-Remote controller available ;
• window blinds;
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:
• fridge;
• drawers filled with cooking utensils;
• garbage bin under the sink;
• kitchenware in drawers;
• oven;
• dishwasher;
• kettle.
The bedroom boasts a:
• double bed
• wardrobe with extra blankets and sheets in it
• pillows
• vacuum cleaner

The two bathrooms are stylish and clean, providing a walk-in shower with boiler, a washing machine. a toilet and a sink with a mirror.

– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The place was easy to find, looked exactly like in the pictures (we also took photos :D). It has parking spaces, the neighbourhood is quiet. The apartment is very spacious, it was clean and it had everything in the description.

Доволни сме от престоя, но непочистените кучешки косми по дивана оставиха горчив привкус. Прахосмукачката беше изключително задръстена и не успяхме да почисим сами. Има проблем с отводняването в баните, добре че имаше парцал.

Отличная квартира для длительного или краткосрочного проживания. Чистая, уютная и в хорошем районе. Хозяин всегда был на связи и был очень приветливым.
