Welcome to our bright one-bedroom with a terrace, close to "Lion’s Bridge" metro station and with dedicated parking space. This lovely flat is suitable for four – couples or friends all welcome! It is fully equipped for an adventurous weekend getaway or city trip in Sofia. The apartment is within walking distance to the city center and just 10 mins to the nearest metro station – Lavov Most / Lion's Bridge.

The apartment consists of a corridor with utility closet, bedroom, spacious living room with extendable couch, kitchen box, nice terrace, bathroom and toilet combined.
In the utility room you will find the iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket, cleaning products, consumables and a fire extinguisher and first aid kit for your safety.
In the living room you’ll find:
• spacious sofa bed which extends and comfortably sleeps 2;
• flat-screen TV with Cable networks;
• fully equipped kitchen;
• access to the nice balcony with city view;
• air Conditioning.
The bedroom provides:
• comfortable queen-sized bed;
• wardrobe and storage space;
• access to balcony.
The private bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower + bathtub combined.

You might see a LOCKED DOOR in the apartment, that is on purpose so please respect that. All the other parts of the studio will be at your disposal. During the day you might hear some noise from the construction site nearby (we are sorry about that) – it shouldn’t trouble you a lot though.

The nearest metro station “Lavov Most” (Lion’s Bridge) from Line 2 is 10 min walking from the studio. Getting here from Sofia Airport Terminal 2 is pretty easy – just get the metro to station Serdika, get off at Serdika and change the lines – take Line 2 (Direction Obelya) and get off at Lavov Most Station. It will take about 40 mins to get from/to the Airport.
If you are arriving by Bus or Train it would be even easier for you to get here – both the Central Train Station and Central Train Station are located at walking distance to the apartment.

The apartment is just steps away from Lions Bridge – an important landmark in Sofia and is often considered a symbol of the city. The neighborhood is vibrant with a mix of historic charm and modern amenities. Nearby you can find supermarkets, brunch spots, coffee shops, and restaurants.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Все отлично. Великолепный вид с балкона - днем на Витошу, ночью на город. Всё для кофеманов. Рядом метро, вокзал и неплохой супермаркет. Отличный хозяин.

Araba ile geldiyseniz otoparkı olması muhteşem çünkü araba ile gezmek büyük problem.ev temiz geniş manzarasi güzel tv olması internwtin bağlanması netflix olması buzdolabı yeterli güzel bir yer ancak yatak kötü ve ses yapıyor değişmesi ve duvarlar boyanması çok güzel olur. kalinabilecek birnyer bence

Гарна квартира з неймовірним видом на гори - ваші ранки та вечори в цій квартирі будуть незабутніми 🙂 В квартирі є все необхідне для приготування їжі, зручне ліжко. Помешкання було чистим. Також є власне паркомісце в закритому дворі. Поруч знаходиться продуктовий магазин. Район, можливо, не самий найкращий в Софії, але знаходиться близько до центру, де є багато популярних кафе та ресторанів.
