The flat is fully equipped with everything you need either for your short or long-term stay. At your disposal is also a spacious balcony and two private parking spots in the garage.

This brand new one-bedroom apartment’s layout consists of an entrance hall, master bedroom, open-planed kitchen and living room, bathroom and balcony.
In the master bedroom you will find:
• super comfortable queen-size bed;
• large wardrobe;
• TV with cable channels;
• desk/working area;
• AC;
• access to a private balcony.
In the living room, at your disposal is:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine and kettle;
• dishwasher and microwave;
• full kitchenware and cooking basics;
• dining area for 4;
• large comfortable sofa (extendable and can sleep additional 2)

• access to a private balcony.
The bathroom is fully equipped with:
• washing machine and dryer;
• walk-in shower;

Two parking spots are available in the underground garage.

If you are travelling by car, we have two available spots in the underground parking which are available for you.
If you don’t want to take your car to the city center, there is a tram line [22] , which takes you to the Sofia’s Central Market Hall.

This lively residential neighborhood is perfect for your stay in Sofia. There is a market place around the corner which is also known as the biggest flower market in the city – it is just beautiful.
The colorful “Pirotska” street will take right to the heart of the city only by 20 min walk. In the opposite direction, just 6 min walking distance away, is “the Holy Trinity” Park.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Престоят ни, от повече от един месец, беше прекрасен. Апартамента беше чист и уютен, много добре обзаведен с всички необходими удобства да се чувстваш като у дома си. Наоколо имаше много магазини и пазар, както и места за бързо хранене. Комуникацията с Василена беше лесна, отговаряше бързо. Инструкциите за влизане в апартамента бяха ясни. Отново бихме отседнали!
