This cozy place is fully equipped with all the amenities needed even for a longer period. The space consists of a spacious living room, an open-plan kitchen, 2 nice bedroom, a bathroom and a lovely balcony to chill on.
The living room features:
• a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2;

• dining table – with 3 chairs.
The kitchen is part of the living room and is fully equipped. It provides:

The first bedroom boasts one comfortable double bed; the second- two single beds. In both of the bedrooms you will find a wardrobe, night lamps and access to the terrace.

Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

A wonderful apartment on a quiet and peaceful street, but still 5 minutes from the city center. Very clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A supermarket 3 min away and 2 great restaurants 2 min away (we tried the Prego pizzeria and highly recommend it!). The garage was very useful to us because everything around is a paid area. We were with a child and the many suitable programs on the TV were a big plus. We have no criticism at all!
