The apartment is newly furnished and fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

The apartments layout consists of one bedroom, a spacious living room and kitchen combined with access to balcony, and one bathroom.

• fridge, oven and stoves;

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Мястото отговаряна снимки и описание изцяло. Стаите на живо изглеждаха дори по-високи и големи. Локацията беше идеална, пътувах по работа в случая. Имах леки забележки, но като цяло мястото имаше всичко необходимо по описание на обявата. Ново, приятно обзаведено, чисто, просторно - идеално за дълъг престой. Единствено имахме затруднение с паркинга в района, малко трудно намирахме място след работа. С изключение на това, районът е тих и приятен. Има магазини и супермаркети в близост. Накрая, но не на последно място, домакинът беше изключително отзивчив. Отговаряше бързо, комуникацията беше лесна, престоя спокоен. Благодаря за гостиприемството, чудесно местенце! ПС: Диванът е страхотен! :))
