• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

I had a wonderful weeklong stay. The place is modern, clean and very well equipped with high quality appliances, which include everything you may need even for longer stays. The host(s) were always very responsive and helpful. Located in a holiday area right next to a beach and a SPA. There are a few restaurants and bars nearby, and a supermarket just down the road. Central Varna is about a 15-20 minute drive away. I was especially impressed with the amenities provided for remote workers like myself, including a standing desk with an ultrawide monitor, as well as a decent mouse and keyboard, and of course fast internet. My only real issue was the free parking space provided being about a 6-minute walk away from the house. If it has been raining heavily, that is extended to over 10 minutes as the direct route is flooded. However, convenient paid parking is available next to the house for 14 BGN a day / 2 BGN an hour / 30 minutes free. The host promised to clarify this in the listing.
