About the space
Welcome to this spacious and well-lit, 4th floor maisonette in Vazrazhdane neighborhood in Burgas! Classic decoration with wooden furniture, huge living room, large terrace with city view and staircase leading to the bedroom. Fully, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Air Conditioning, WiFi, TV, elevator - all the essential amenities are provided for a comfortable and careless stay. Just 5mins walking to the city centre! The maisonette’s living room is airy and high-ceilinged, it has a huge sofa that extends into a large bed and can comfortably sleep 2 people. Air-conditioning and TV for your comfort and entertainment are provided.
The kitchen is packed with appliances (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, kitchenware) – you have what you need to cook a dinner and enjoy it at the dining table or why not at the high-chairs at the bar?
From the common room you have access to a big corner terrace (suitable for smokers). There is a nice city view from up there.
A wooden staircase will lead you to the 2nd floor and the bedroom. It has a large Queen bed for 2. there are two rooftop windows with plenty of daylight (please keep them closed as water gets in when raining!) Here you’ll find the iron and ironing board, check inside the wardrobe for extra bed sheets, towels, etc. if needed.
The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and boiler for constantly running hot water. Washing machine and drying rack is in the bathroom compartment. We provide fresh and clean bed linen and towels for our guests and basic toiletries, like soap, shampoo and toilet paper are also on the house.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. The entrance is on the left side of the building.

The flat is located in Vazrazhdane neighbourhood, close to the Port of Burgas and the Railway station. The city centre is just a 5min walk. You will find shops, restaurants and everything you might need in the nearby streets.
– Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
– Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
– Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
– Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
– It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
– Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency.
– SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
