This charming apartment boasts stylish designer furniture, rock around the clock atmosphere, clever touches and excellent equipment. It is located on the 4th floor of a classical historical building in the most vivid part of Sofia’s city centre. Practical and cosy, suitable for a couple, 1 + 1 or 2 + 1.

Metrostation “Serdika” is 5 minutes away by foot and it’s connected to the Airport (Line 1).
Blend in a mixture of cultures right in the centre of Sofia! They say that the area is one of the most interesting in Europe when it comes to roots, origins and history. Metres away from each other, you’ll find the Banya Bashi mosque, the Sofia Synagogue, an Orthodox Church and a Jewish History Museum!
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

very nice apartment located in Central sofia with a beautiful market just 2 minutes away and all the major attractions in 15 minutes walk distance. very clean and cozy place with all the necessary for your staying . super recommended.

Appartement moderne, propre et bien équipé. Air conditionné fonctionne bien et pas bruyant. Assez proche du centre ville (10-15 minutes à pied). A noter: 4ième étage et pas d'ascenseur (c'était bien indiqué dans la description donc, pas de surprise).
