"The Library" is a beautiful and carefully designed spacious 3-bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms and a balcony right in the heart of the city of Sofia.
Inspired by the "Slaveykov" square also known as "The book market" and the the Sofia City Library, both located just around the corner, the whole space is decorated in the spirit of the good, old, exciting book, which you just cant let go of.
Strong WiFi connection is covering the whole property.
The space is disinfected according to the Flat Manager's standards.

The spacious hallway contains:
• plenty of space for your luggage.
To the left is the common area and the three bedrooms.
Two of bedrooms are equipped with:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed
The third one is with two single ones.
Each bedroom has:
• a TV with cable channels
• wardrobe
• night stands.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with a safe-box.
In this part of the apartment is one of the two full bathrooms with:
• a washing sink
• 2 showers
• a toilet.
In the common area you will find:
• an extendable sofa
• plenty of work-desk spaces
• coffee tables.
To the right of the hallway is the fully equipped kitchen, which provides:
• an oven and a stove
• a coffee machine and kettle
• a fridge
• a dining counter and chairs for 2
Through the kitchen you can exit to the balcony. The second bathroom is also located in this part of the apartment.

If you are arriving at the airport, a taxi is the easiest and quickest way to get to the apartment.
For those travelling by car, please note that parking on the streets in the area is paid via SMS or pre-bought parking ticket.

Located in the heart of Sofia, everything you need is very close by – shops, restaurants and bars.
The street where the apartment is located – str. “Graf Ignatiev” aka “Grafa” [The count], is also famous with its clothes, shops and shoes stores.
All city sights are very close by and we strongly recommend to visit them. Some of the most famous are:
– The Largo (2 min to walk)
– The National theater (2 min to walk)
– Alexander Nevski cathedral (10 min to walk)
The street where the apartment is located – str. “Graf Ignatiev” aka “Grafa” [The count], is also famous with its clothes, shops and shoes stores.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

Myself and a work colleague had an excellent stay here. Firstly, the host communication was helpful and friendly. The apartment is huge with nice big comfortable rooms, and two separate bathrooms. The apartment instructions to find key and access were easy and efficient. The location is very central in Sofia city centre. We will be back for sure
