• Apartment located in a building with no elevator.
• Baby crib is available upon request for 20 EUR/stay.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment, and I can't recommend it highly enough! The apartment is fully equipped with everything one might need for a perfect stay. The kitchen had all the essential appliances and utensils, making it easy to whip up meals whenever I desired. The living area was cozy and inviting, complete with a beautiful view! Communication with the host was another standout feature of my experience. They were incredibly responsive and accommodating, providing clear instructions and valuable local insights that enhanced my stay.
