Old Lozenetz is considered one of Sofia’s best because of its central location combined with residential tranquility. Most central points of interest are within walking distance – such as the National Palace of Culture, the Park Mall, Slaveikov’s Square and Vitosha street.
The street, Krum Popov, is one of the last remaining cobblestone streets in central Sofia.
In the area you can enjoy some of the city’s fanciest restaurants such as Soul Kitchen, La Bottega, Little Things, or Made in Blue, all located within a 10-minute walk. Many main central points of interest are within walking distance – such as the National Palace of Culture, the Park Mall, Slaveikov’s Square and Vitosha street.

Place was as described. Great location on peaceful street. Host was responsive. Clean up before arrival could have been better (moldy food tray left in oven and fridge with old food) but overall, pretty clean and am sure it was just a mistake. Overall, great place.

The flat was totally clean (except the fact that there was a forgotten rotten peach on TV board) and spacious. As I worked from the flat, the internet connect was also perfectly great condition. I didn't feel any stress and frustration. Though there wasn't a proper cutting knife a cutting board, they provided these immediately after I asked them for that. As to the area, Old Lozenettez is very cute place, calm, quiet, and very close to the centre. I really enjoyed staying at this flat and would like to stay there again next time. Thank you so much for Stefan, Alex and his team.

There was a misunderstanding - the cleaning lady wasn't notified about my early check in, so when arrived the place wasn't cleaned yet. I had to wait 3 hours until it was cleaned. She did a good job eventually. The apartment itself was warm, the bed was comfy, the kitchen has sufficient amenities and the work station was excellent. The building acoustics are poor so you can hear noises some times throughout the day from people coming and going / walking above, so if you plan to work remotely in the apartment you need to be aware of that. The neighbourhood itself was quiet and there aren't many restaurants around (a minimarket is close though), but you can always order delivery, just keep in mind you'll need to go down to get the food since the entrance door is locked and there is no intercom and no elevator. Stefan was very communitive and also provided me with free transportation to the bus station after check out.
