The Serdika metro station is a 5 minutes walk from the flat and the Metro is connected to the Sofia Airport; Vasil Levski Stadium metro station and National Palace of Culture station are both less than 1 km away. Parking on Han Krum Street is free between 7:30pm – 8:30am. In the day it’s possible for a maximum of 2 hours – 1 Euro/hour; – Parking 11€ euro per day (24 hours); Taxis in Sofia are really cheap;
The most popular tourist attractions in Sofia like Alexander Nevski Cathedral, National Palace of Culture and famous boulevard Vitosha are located closely in walking distance. In the area there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and bars. Theatres are nearby in the city center as well.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.

This flat is my most favourite place in Sofia . Used to book it on a regular basis anytime when I am in Sofia ! Unbeatable location , great design and sense of comfort, safe space and of course the team whose is there for you - hospitality at its best . Definitely recommend this flat for your trip and stay in a friendly atmosphere. Make sure you booked it on time !

Place was very well remodeled and in a central location in Sofia. Mattress on the bed is the one thing I think was subpar. Very thin uncomfortable mattress. We also had an issue with someone who was able to access our apartment with their code. They got mixed up about which apartment was theirs but their code should not have worked on our unit and it did. We had a very uncomfortable situation of them walking into our living room as we were relaxing.
