The space consists of a comfortable bedroom, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with a charming balcony. The place is the ideal size for a solo traveller or a couple.
Most of the authentic wooden furniture is kept and restored on hand.

• toaster, coffee machine, kettle;
• cooking basics;
• laundry machine;
• dining table for two;
• access to a balcony.
The bedrooms provides:
• comfortable double bed;
• plenty of storage space for the heavy-luggage-travellers;
• sitting area.
The bathroom might be small in size but it doesn’t really lack anything you might need – there is shower, toilet and sink with a mirror.

You’re in the top top central part of Sofia, right on the corner of Grafa and Shishman.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

location could not be better, clean and cozy, has everything you need. captures the spirit of the old town, yet it is fresh enough. had a great stay, will book again if available for next trip!

I stayed for 4 nights and overall I had a good experience and felt at home. The location is brilliant, right in the best part of the centre! I was a little freaked out at first by the 2 front doors which felt like the place needed extra protection, but it was fine. The entrance to the building is right on the main road and I didn't love this either, but the place was quiet and faced a garden round the back. There were a few things missing that would have made my stay more comfortable, but the management team were very responsive and willing to help. The bathroom is tiny and for me this is what ruins the place and why I didn't rate it higher. This and the cleaning, which could be better.
