Our brand new apartment is now ready to welcome you for an unforgettable stay in the beautiful city of Varna. Located close to the beach, the sea garden and the city center, this smart two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat is carefully furnished and decorated. At your disposal are all necessary amenities. Strong WiFi connection is covering the entire property.
The apartment is carefully decorated and features smart home solutions for your most comfort. The layout consists of a spacious living room with access to a balcony, kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The living room is furnished with:
• comfortable sofa and coffee table;
• smart 55” TV with cable channels and Internet connection;
• dining area for 4;
The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• dishwasher;
• coffee machine, toaster and microwave;
• various kitchen utensils;
The master bedroom provides:
• a comfortable king-sized bed;
• wardrobe and night stands;
• attached private bathroom;
• access to a small balcony;
The second bedroom has:
• queen-sized bed;
• desk;
• wardrobe;
• access to the main balcony;
There is also a second fully equipped bathroom.
Smart heating system (Infrared heaters) and cooling system is integrated in the whole apartment.
The flat is supplied with a washing machine/dryer.

Our apartment is located on a quiet street in the very heart of Varna. Just a step away from everything needed:
• 350m to the beach,bars,restaurants;
• 250m to the main pedestrian zone and Black Sea Hotel;

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

The location is awesome! We could easily reach the central beach and some of the most popular bars on foot. There are plenty of food joints nearby too. We had planned to use the kitchen more but ultimately decided to get some local food instead. Parking was quite a challenge on most days, even in the paid parking nearby.

Absolutely fantastic stay. We loved the very modern apartment and would love to stay there again next time we are in Varna. it's very modern but so cosy, the location is perfection and the building is beautiful. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

The apartment is very modern and beautiful inside and out. Checking in was a breeze - there are basically two codes, one for the front door of the building and the other for the apartment itself. The door locks automatically when you leave. The interior design is very well thought out, with lots of cute little touches that make life easier. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The only hiccup was the electric stove not working for us, so we ended up using the oven for cooking. Highly recommended and would stay there again, next time I'm in Varna!
