ROSÉ is a newly renovated, designer apartment. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, offering 4 single beds, if needed. The usual setting consists of double bed in the bedroom and double sofa-bed in the living room. The colour palette is inspired by the traditional Bulgarian rose and its rich reds and pastel pinks. The layout is very open, yet private, with transitioning walls, providing plenty of natural light in all areas.

The apartment is located near Sofia University metro station, which is part of Line 1, linked to Sofia Airport.
Rositsa street is located in the central part of Sofia, known as “Oborishte”, famous for its Zaimov Park, the always bubbly “Dondukov” boulevard, with many theatres across the area and excellent connection with all other parts of the city.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

We loved staying at this apartment in the middle of Sofia! Walking distance to the metro and bus pick up zones, cathedrals, churches, small and larger supermarkets, ancient ruins and places to eat. The apartment itself was spotless, complete kitchen incl dishwasher and coffee machine, comfy big bed, views from the 4th floor, easy to heat when it got cold, and extremely quiet inside when the windows were shut. Great wifi and responsive host when we had questions. Really good shower, in fact, that's partly what made us choose this apartment over others. The shower is spacious and has a rain head as well as a handheld shower head on a hose. Felt very secure, a code is needed to enter the building and the door to the apartment itself is heavy and solid and locks securely. Up four flights of stairs which was fine for us, no parking but we decided not to hire a car given the parking issues in the city, so didn't need parking. Would definitely stay here again if we're visiting Sofia!
