Welcome to our charming one-bedroom apartment in Kosara Aparthotel, Bansko! Perfect for families or small groups, this cozy retreat features three single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bright, modern living area. Enjoy the convenience of being close to Bansko's ski slopes and the vibrant town center while relaxing in a peaceful, well-furnished space. The flat consists of a common room with an open plan kitchen, cozy bedroom and bathroom.

The kitchen part provides:

• coffee machine
• washing machine
The bedroom offers:
• 3 single beds
(Two of the single beds can be joined to make a lovely queen size bed.)

The bathroom consists of shower cabin, toilet, sink, mirror.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through the platform only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

spectacular accommodation and exactly what you want after a day of skiing. only downside was the distance from the town centre but other than that nothing to fault.
