This spacious two bedroom apartment will provide you with comfort and peace during your stay. The layout consists of: corridor, living room and kitchen combined, two entirely private bedrooms, bathroom and WC.
Entering the apartment, you’ll find yourself in a corridor with laundry area (washing machine)
The common area separates between:
• dining table for four;
• fully equipped kitchen – fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, cooking basics, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave.
You will also find a laundry room with:
• washing machine;
• iron and ironing board;
• vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils.
The common area is air conditioned.
Bedroom One consists of:
• queen size bed;
• wardrobe
• extendable sofa-bed for 1
• Tv & decorative sitting area
• night stands with lights
Bedroom Two provides:
• 2 single beds;
• air conditioner;
• TV
• attached WC (only toilet & sink)
The bathroom has:

Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

The apartment is very spacious, bigger than what it looks from the photos. The apartment is professionally managed, which means it has all the things and free of clutter, but not personal touches (this is plus or minus depending on what you look for). Only complaint is the WiFi goes a little on and off and can be a little slow, so I switch to my own mobile sometimes. Other than that the apartment is great and will stay there again.
