If you walk 100 m to the public transport station, you can take the bus and reach all the above destinations within 5 minutes.
If you use a car, you can park it for free on the streets around the house.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

Тих и уютен апартамент. Добра комуникация с хазяите. Абсолютен бонус за мен бе големия прозорец, гледащ към цъфтяща в моя престой липа и ясен. С удоволствие бих го ползвала пак.

Много хубаво място, намиращо се на 15 минути от всички забележителности в централната част на прекрасния културен център на град Пловдив. В апартамента има всичко необходимо, за да може човек да се почувства като у дома си. Дори ако сте забравили да си вземете книга, то ще намерите много добри четива в библиотеката. На близо има няколко плод зеленчука където може да се намерят винаги пресни плодове и зеленчуци за лека закуска, а в апартамента има и всичко необходимо за приготвянето на салата. На улицата пък лесно се намира къде да се паркира. Мисля, че всеки път когато отсядам в град Пловдив, ще проверявам първо дали това място е свободно! Благодаря от сърце за гостоприемството!
