Quiet and Cozy Apartment in the Center of Sofia





















About the space
Comfortable and quiet one bedroom apartment with office, perfect for business trips, romantic getaways and quiet vacations. Located in Sofia north city center right next to Park Zaimov. Incredibly close to many restaurants, shops, attractions and public transport. I live by myself and have minimal belongings that I keep in the apartment. When available, the entire apartment is yours!
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the building. It offers comfortable king size bed in the bedroom, with new linens and towels just for the guests. The living room area has a couch that can fold out to a bed which easily fits one person, and depending on size of the people could fit two people that don’t mind a smaller bed. I have made space in the wardrobe for guests to store away clothing and the nightstands for smaller stuff.
The office is accessible via both the bedroom and the living room, with a very large working area. Wifi is provided and can be used from anywhere in the apartment. There is a CD player with good quality speakers, and a printer/scanner however ONLY scanning works (it prints but only in the middle of the paper so I don’t recommend).
The living room is spacious and for those who like to stay fit, there is a workout bench, some weights and a yoga mat. There is an old TV which offers a selection of free channels, but there’s NO cable. It is not flat screen HDMI TV, I don’t actually use it or watch since I have streaming on my personal laptop. If you need large modern screen for daily watching, this is not the place for you! There are bookshelves with books in English, Bulgarian and French. Please be careful and respectful with my books. 🙂
The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. Towels are provided.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook and eat. There’s a stove/oven, fridge, smaller oven for sandwiches or warming up food, water heater for tea/coffee, coffee maker. Washing machine is located in the kitchen the clothes are air dried on a drying rack. The dining area has a table that can fit 4 people comfortably. Feel free to set it up your own way.
To get to the apartment there is a flight of stairs, no elevator. The front door of the building is only unlocked with your special keychain on your keys.
Parking is paid on the streets and is under the “green zone” rules. If you are not Bulgarian, for green zone, it costs 1 lev per hour and you have to buy parking tickets, each one covers 2 hours of parking (2 levs per ticket), from a guy with a neon green jacket who walks around. If you don’t see him, wait for him to come. DO NOT leave your car parked without a paid ticket because even if it is a few minutes, there are officials who will lock your tires right away and you have to pay 30 leva fine to unlock it on top of buying parking tickets. Another option is a private parking across the street or any other one that comes up on google maps if you want to leave your car at a safer place. We recommend a private parking if staying longer because in the city of Sofia, cars with foreign plates are known to be broken into or stolen (not often, but it has happened across the city regardless of neighbourhood).

A great neighbourhood in Sofia city, about 10-15 minute walk from the heart of the city center, but far enough from bars and clubs so it is the quieter side of Sofia city.
Walking distances to a few important spots:
– Queen Giovanna Hospital (“Tsaritsa Yoanna”
Hospital) – 2 minutes (300 meters)
– Park Zaimov – 3 minutes (500 meters)
– Alexander Nevsky cathedral – 10 minutes (1 km)
– National Library “Sv. Sv. Cyril and Methodius” – 10

– Sofia University and closest metro station – 15 min

Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
