The first floor features two cozy bedrooms sharing a stylish bathroom and an inviting balcony where you can wake up to stunning sea views, a restful space for relaxation.
The upper floor boasts a private bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
The lower floor is the heart of the home, with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, a dining area, and a convenient guest toilet.
For added privacy and flexibility, the second house is spread across two floors, with each level featuring a bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom—a perfect setup for couples, extended family, or friends seeking their own retreat.

• Parking – there are parking spaces for 6 cars
• Swimming pool – not heated (suitable for use from June to September)
• The property is visited once a week by a gardener and pool cleaner.
• The garden/facade lighting is automatically switched on at sunset and off at sunrise.
• The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels and hotel toiletries.
• Baby cot is available upon request – 20 euros/stay.
• Swimming pool – not heated (suitable for use from June to September)
• The property is visited once a week by a gardener and pool cleaner.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 11:00. Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!
