• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.

Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. • Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂

This is the newly renovated apartment on the 6th floor/ top floor of the building (with lift) and it had a great view from the window. apartment is big and can easily accommodate 4 adults. location is just few steps from NDK. l am definitely coming back....

Ci siamo riferiti in questo alloggio per la splendida posizione che garantisce: rende possibile girare la città totalmente a piedi ed avere a portata di mano tutti i principali locali e ristoranti, nonchè attrazioni di Sofia. La casa era spaziosa ed arredata con gusto in maniera minimale, con una bellissima vista panoramica sulla piazza del Centro Nazionale della Cultura. Mi sento solo di fare un appunto sullo sgradevole odore presente in cucina, che dissuade la permanenza in tale stanza! Nel complesso un ottimo appartamento per trascorrere serenamente dei giorni nella capitale bulgara!
