The space consists of a carefully-designed living room with an open-plan kitchen, 1 cozy bedroom, and 1 bathroom. You will have everything you need to feel right at home.
The common room features:

• dining area – dining table with 4 chairs;
• AC;
• decorative details providing maximum coziness!
The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven, and stoves;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• dishwasher;
• full kitchenware and utensils.
The bedroom provides:
• a comfortable large bed;
• wardrobe;
• nightstand with a lamp;
• dressing table with chair that can be used as a workspace as well;
• AC.
The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and a washing sink with a mirror.

• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located in a building with a small and old elevator that we recommend you don’t use. The elevator can be nosy, so if you do choose to use it, we kindly ask that you limit usage to the hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Baby crib is available upon request for 20 EUR/stay.
• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels, and hotel cosmetics.
• Apartment located in a building with a small and old elevator that we recommend you don’t use. The elevator can be nosy, so if you do choose to use it, we kindly ask that you limit usage to the hours between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
• Baby crib is available upon request for 20 EUR/stay.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
