By renting my space, you will get a prestigious and very comfortable accommodation, ideally suited for your stay in Plovdiv. The location is simply amazing. We are at the center of everything and you can walk everywhere around town from our place.

From the living room you can access the balcony.

The bedroom welcomes you with:
• king size boxmaster bed with high quality mattress with memory foam;
• wardrobe;
• air conditioner;
• access to the balcony.
The large bathroom is fully equipped with a lot of lightning, a big shower and a washing machine.

• City center can be reached on foot. *Local tip* – pass by “Syedinenie bridge” (which is pedestrian and full with shops) to pass the river and get to the city centre.

The apartment is in a new, modern building in a small and quiet street in Karshiaka – Plovdiv’s northern district. Just 15 mins walking to the city centre. Very calm and relaxing place, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes.
• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbors and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU! 🙂
