This one bedroom apartment will provide you with comfort and peace during your stay. The layout consists of: corridor, living room and kitchen combined, entirely private bedroom, bathroom and WC.

Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication. • Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679. • Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay • Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events. • It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy. • Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. Modern, spacious and very centrally located apartment. It’s on the first floor, so there is street noise and on weekends you can hear some nightclub beat. With earplugs no issues though. The desk is a nice bonus. The toilet/shower design is not optimal, so good to have slippers!

Останавливались на четыре дня. Чёткие инструкции по заселению, все понятно и доступно расписано. Квартира находится в отличной локации, рядом и магазин и аптека и все возможные рестораны в пешей доступности. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Для проживания и приготовления пищи есть все необходимое. Рекомендую брать тапочки;) Так как туалет находится прямо под душем.

I had a pleasant stay at this spacious apartment. It was well-equipped with all the amenities you could need. The location is fantastic, right in the city center, with easy access to restaurants, public transportation, and everything you might need. Communication with the host was excellent. However, future guests should be aware that there's a bar right below the apartment, and being on the first floor, it can get quite noisy, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. Overall, a great stay!
