The apartment has a common room with a kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and a full bathroom.
The whole apartment will be on my guests disposal.
I prefer to give space to my guests and communicate through the app. Of course I’ll be available, if any questions or issues arise.
You are in the heart of the city. The National Palace of Culture is a 3-minute walk away, as is the park in front of it, which is suitable for walking and relaxing. The main pedestrian street of “Vitosha” is a 2-minute walk away, you have a huge selection of bars and restaurants, all kinds of shops and what not…
It is a very lively central area with quick access to all parts of the city.

Un peu à l’écart du centre ville, l’appartement proposé par Svetoslav est idéal. Facilement accessible en métro, de nombreux restaurants aux alentours permettent de se restaurer à prix plus ou moins doux selon l’envie. Le logement est confortable et bien équipé, le voisinage peu bruyant et Svetoslav un hôte aux petits soins pour ceux qu’il héberge. Une bonne adresse à garder pour un nouveau voyage à Sofia

The host was perfect — gave very clear instructions about the house location and check-in, along with great local recommendations, from taxis to restaurants. Very responsive as well. The location was also excellent — right in the heart of the city, yet calm and peaceful.

Svetoslav‘s place was just as described. Easy to find , very good location right in the heart of the city. The place is equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay. He gave clear instructions and was responsive. Recommend.
