The whole apartment will be on my guests disposal.
I prefer to give space to my guests, but aways be available, if any issues or questions arise.
There are two gardens nearby where you can take a pleasant walk and relaxation. There are supermarkets within walking distance, street food as well as other types of shops.
It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of greenery, close to the city center and all kinds of transportation nearby.

★ Please respect our neighbors and keep quiet between 2 – 4pm and 10pm – 7am
★ Check-out: Turn off any electrical appliances, leave the apartment in a tidy condition, dispose trash in the shared containers on the street, leave kitchen in order, put items back in their original places.

I was here for a month and the place felt like home. It’s a twenty minute walk from the city centre which isn’t bad. The place had all the amenities that were listed and the host was super responsive and helpful. The best part, it was like the description. So no loopholes there.
