I'm really glad to welcome you in my brand new, 2-bedroom apartment, designed with taste and a winking eye to all car lovers! Situated in Lozenets district, between the National Palace of Culture and Park Borisova Gradina — a beautfiul and quiet part of the city centre. The apartment features 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for weekend getaways or longer trips and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. »» Brrrrum, brrrum, brrrum! This place is a special delight for the senses of people who love cars, especially vintage ones. You’ll find them in the unique artwork all over the place. The pastel palette of the flat and its furniture creates a relaxed and smooth sensation. It is fully equipped with everything one might need, even for a longer stay.
»» Entering the hallway, you’ll find some pretty useful things around the shoe cabinet – an umbrella, a shoehorn, a lint roller and a full-length mirror.
»» In the bright and spacious living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, which also turns into a double bed. There is a a cable TV and inside of the TV stand is the Wi-Fi router. That’s the room in which the Air Conditioner is located, as well. The kitchen is fully, fully, fully equipped with all sorts of cups, glasses, plates, utensils, pans, pots. A combined blending and mixing device, a coffee maker, a hot water kettle, a sandwich press and a washing machine are also available. In the cabinets above the sink, there are spices, tea and others. For a fully delicious experience, there is a spacious dining table. Windows can be easily covered with blinds for a perfect after-meal relaxation.

Windows are decorated with long dense curtains, For the chilly months, there is a convector heater in each bedroom. The bedroom on the right has a huge corner window, which provides the perfect soft light for a potential reader, comfortably sitting in the ultra cozy armchair, in front of it.
»» Bathroom and WC are combined. The shower area is separated with an elegant glass partition. Behind the sink, there is a big mirror – your best friend in the morning beauty routine. To the left – there are a shaving mirror and a hairdryer. There is a bathroom radiator on which you can leave your towels in advance, keeping the warm embrace of the shower for longer afterwards. Expect to find the bathroom impeccably clean and loaded with hotel cosmetics.

Lozenets is one of the most prestigious neighbourhoods in Sofia. The area has retained its rich greenery combining it with a well-developed infrastructure. The district is located just minutes from the downtown. It is most natural that in these surroundings, there are many educational and cultural institutions. Here are situated some of the most elite schools in Sofia, as well as several universities. The neighbourhood has many shops, restaurants and sports facilities.
