My area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 5 min nice walk to metro, buses and trolleys.

Great location and a very nice apartment. We had issues with the water and a lack of A/C but these are easily addressed by the owner. The apartment is managed by an Air BnB rental company and this is the only area where we had a bad experience. Otherwise, I would stay here again if they install AC and an electric water boiler.
