All the cultural, historical sights and shopping streets are within walking distance.

The apartment has 1 bedroom, a kitchen, living room, dining area, a balcony with a lovely view. Needless to say, it has unlimited fast Wifi, cable TV, Аir conditioning, coffee maker, washer, fridge, etc.

The whole apartment is for guest use. Nothing is shared!

You can walk to basically all sightseeing or take the metro. If you need to go somewhere far from the city center you can take the metro or a taxi. Reaching the apartment is a piece of cake just take the metro, get off Opalchenska station and walk for 7 min.

My area is safe and pretty quiet. It has everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is 7 min from buses and trolleys and metro.

Best experience in the Sofia, very good place to stay for a short or long term stay

Super séjour dans cet appartement, seul petit point négatif c’est que nous avons du relaver le rideau de douche car il était un peu sale mais sinon c’était impeccable, le canapé est quand à lui pas très confortable et le logement manque d’équipement il n’y a que 2 couteau 2 fourchette et 2 assiettes ce qui est un peu juste, 1 sac poubelle pour 10 jours également et pas de produit de nettoyage donc pour 10 jours cela est un peu dérangent, sinon le reste est très bien mais le manque d’équipement est le seul bémol et avoir plus de choses permettrait d’améliorer le confort.

We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our time here! The spacious balcony is absolutely beautiful . We can definitely see ourselves coming back. For future guests, especially those considering a longer stay, a few small additions would make a big difference. We think a new, comfier couch would elevate the living area, and a couple more plates in the kitchen would be handy. Upgrading the balcony furniture would also allow guests to fully savour that fantastic outdoor space. These are just minor suggestions that would truly perfect an already great place!
