The apartment’s layout consists of one-bedroom, a common area (kitchen and living room combined) and a fully equipped bathroom.
In the living room you’ll find:

• comfortable extendable sofa and coffee table;
• TV with cable channels;
• AC;
The kitchen provides:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• washing machine;
• coffee machine and electric kettle;
• various kitchen utensils;
The bedroom is furnished with:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;
• wardrobe;
• AC;
The bathroom is fully equipped with shower, washing sink and toilet.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.
• Baby crib is available upon request at a price of 20 EUR per stay.
• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment as you have found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You will find the emergency number at the bottom of the self check-in instruction.
• SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN! THANK YOU!

It’s a great place that’s located close to restaurants and walking distance to the mall and other shopping places. It was easy to find with the instructions Boris provided. The only issue I had was with the hot water being out due to some issues with the city that effected everyone. Boris was nice enough to make things right with this. Other than that it was a nice place.

Really enjoyed our stay. Apartment was nice and in a great location. Close to the Main Street with all good restaurants and bars around. Would recommend the place for a good stay in Sofia.

The location is perfect - a few steps from the main street of the city. Communication with the host is very easy and fast, instructions are accurate. About the apartment - in general, it is cozy, comfortable and well furnished. The problem with our stay was the cleanliness - it leaves a lot to be desired.
