The apartment is located on two levels. On the first floor you will find the living room and a separate toilet.

On the second floor you will find the bedroom and the bathroom.

• Check-in is usually fixed at 3pm, check-out at 12:00 (noon). Please, make sure to follow those, unless otherwise agreed upon communication.
• Please note that pursuant to Art. 116 of the Bulgarian Law on Tourism we are required to submit your personal details and the details of everyone else residing at the property with you to the Bulgarian authorities. Upon booking you will be given access to a secure online registration form, which you are required to complete. Failure to fill out the form or entering false data will result in the cancelation of your reservation and you will not be refunded. Please note that your personal data will be duly processed by Flat Manager, a licensed personal data administrator, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data (EU) 2016/679.

• Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm – 8am. Please, be so kind to respect the neighbours and not cause any excessive noise. Absolutely NO parties or events.
• It would be great if you respect and leave the apartment like you found it – clean and tidy.
• Communication should go through Airbnb only unless there is an emergency. You can request our 24/7 emergency number from the Meet & Greet person.

Alloggio grande e spazioso. Ben collegato con i mezzi, si può raggiungere il centro facilmente anche a piedi. La casa aveva a disposizione tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Qualche dettaglio andrebbe sicuramente curato un po’ di più, ho trovato un divano sfondato e uno con uno schienale rotto. Il letto con materasso sicuramente da sostituire perché si sentivano le molle nella schiena. Tutto sommato qualità prezzo ottima. Comunicazione con host perfetta, molto gentile e disponibile ad aiutare in qualsiasi modo e a qualsiasi ora.
